New Audio Drama in The Extraordinary Adventures of G.A. Henty Series

We are excited to announce that the folks at Heirloom Audio are working on the second production in their series launched in 2013, The Extraordinary Adventures of G.A. Henty. The follow up to the outstanding Under Drake's Flag audio drama will be based on the G.A. Henty book titled In Freedom's Cause. This story chronicles the tale of William Wallace and Robert the Bruce and their fight for Scottish independence.

The recording of the actors was completed earlier this month. The session was recorded at The Soundhouse in London with an all-star cast and was directed by John Fornof. Some of the sound effects have already been captured on location in Scotland by sound designer, Rob Jorgensen, who was a recent guest on our show in episode 43.

The script for In Freedom's Cause was written by John Fornof. The audio drama is expected to be released before the end of this year.
