John Fornof, the audio drama renaissance man, recently disclosed on his Facebook page that he has been diagnosed with cancer. Following Fornof's announcement, a friend of his launched a campaign to raise funds to help cover the costs of medical treatment. The goal is set for $12,000 and it is already nearly halfway met.
Even if you are unable to contribute monetarily to the campaign, please consider sharing it with your contacts. And, of course, prayers will always be a help as well.
John Fornof has been an integral part of the world of family friendly audio drama for many years; from Adventures in Odyssey, to Lamplighter Theatre, to Kids Corner, to Down Gilead Lane, to The Extraordinary Adventures of G.A. Henty, and so many others. Now is the time for this community to stand with him and give back and let him know that we appreciate all that he has done to enrich our lives with great stories.
