Many of you have heard the Focus on the Family Radio Theatre adaptation of The Screwtape Letters written by Paul McCusker. The audio drama adaptation of the C.S. Lewis classic was released in 2009 and reviewed in episode 2 of our podcast. This was the first ever full-cast audio adaptation of the book which starred Andy Serkis as Screwtape.
Well, now you can see this apologetics classic from the Narnia creator performed live on stage! A 90-minute live theatre adaptation written by Max McLean and Jeffrey Fiske is now touring the US. Brought to you by the Fellowship for Performing Arts and starring Brent Harris (Scar in the National Tour of Disney's The Lion King) as the titular demon, The Screwtape Letters is hitting select cities around the country all year long.
ATC host, JD Sutter, will be attending the performance in Phoenix so be sure to stay tuned to the podcast for a full review.
