What's Happening with the ATC Seneca Awards?

The 6th ATC Seneca Awards was held on August 25, 2023. We took a year off to reevaluate things and get some feedback from the community. (J.D. shared the reasons for the pause in ATC184 starting at the 1 hour and 10 minute mark.) We received a lot of valuable feedback at the time, and we're grateful for that. We took every piece of feedback into consideration.

Even though there has been no word from the committee publicly since we took the break, that doesn't mean nothing has been happening. We have been having conversations internally, going over feedback from the community, and researching and testing technology tools needed for a potential relaunch.

But the landscape has changed a bit over the last year so now as we have been exploring the necessary adjusted approach to how the awards operated and what we need to put in place to make that happen, we felt that is was important to check in with the audio drama community once again to see what you are thinking about the awards at this juncture.
